• Late or incomplete payments may result in additional fees.

4. Scheduling & Jobsite Access

Customers agree to:

• Provide access to the jobsite on scheduled dates
• Ensure the work area is clear of obstacles, vehicles, or debris
• Communicate any scheduling changes at least 24 hours in advance

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material delays, or safety concerns.

5. Project Changes

Any changes requested after a project has started must be approved through a written change order. Additional charges may apply.

6. Warranties & Limitations

Metro Concrete Repair provides workmanship guarantees based on industry standards. Warranty terms vary depending on the project type and materials used. Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by soil movement, flooding, erosion, or natural disasters
• Cracks resulting from ground shifts or structural movement
• Misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance

We do not guarantee outcomes affected by pre-existing structural issues or environmental conditions beyond our control.

7. Liability

Metro Concrete Repair is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Underground utilities not disclosed or marked
• Landscaping or irrigation systems installed too close to concrete edges

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.

• Engage in malicious or unlawful activity

9. Cancellations
